What's new in the month of May?Kelderhof has been a hive of activity in recent months and shows no signs of slowing down. This is thanks to the marked increase in building activity on site as well as extensive fine tuning of the professional team involved behind the scenes. New marketing strategies are being brought into place, including the major involvement of a prominent real estate agency, Harcourts Platinum, which is the feature of this month's newsletter. As of the 1st of May 2011, Harcourts will be operating as the Resident Agent at Kelderhof.
