2011 - An exciting year of developments at Kelderhof.

Many new houses are being built, new people are moving in, and the sense of community will continue to grow as the year progresses.

An Annual General Meeting will be held later this year to discuss new levy rates and financials, and a new Trustee Committee will be elected.

Builder Jason Parkin tells us why he chose Kelderhof...

Jason has lived in the area for six years and is very excited about its future.

As a builder, he has kept a watchful eye on many of the recent developments in the area, and feels particularly positive about the prospects for Kelderhof because of its location and the overall style and approach to living.

"What really appealed to me about Kelderhof was the developers' commitment to a community based lifestyle," says Jason. There are plans for a Clubhouse, pool and tennis courts which will give residents the opportunity to interact with each other socially, and allow families to enjoy healthy living together.

Parkin believes Kelderhof offers excellent investment potential and has a very happy tenant currently renting his property.

"The process of buying at Kelderhof was very straightforward, and it was just as easy to let my property," says Parkin. This is largely thanks to the convenient location and top notch security offered as well as the overall 'feel' of the property.
